Getting in touch with Jamie....

Hey Jame... If you're reading this and haven't gotten any of my emails, please know we've tried several different ways of contacting you to no avail. I can get your emails - you just can't get mine. So... if you need something, email me. I'll try to respond via a post through my blog.

I hope you're having a wonderful time. Everyone (including Melissa and the girls) are fine. The tornado touched down in the countryside so no one was hurt.

I love you and miss you bunches!

Special Bela...

Little things about Bela that will make you go awwww.... or just plain crack up! Happy Birthday Bela! You sure did enjoy what was a cupcake!!! After 2 consecutive dinners and a cupcake for dessert, she was still chasing down food. This little girl sure does love to eat! Check out the size of this little cast. Sweet little Bela and her monster voice!

Bela's room...

For those of you that will never make it down to sunny South Carolina, I wanted to post a few pictures of the new Grupp home. It's situated on a court with the homes being at all different levels due to the hilliness of the area. These pictures don't do their home justice but it may give you an idea. Enjoy...

The littlest INCREDIBLES!

Emma's fascination with the movie, The Incredibles lent to a wonderful gift from Aunt Jamie - INCREDIBLE masks for the girls! Notice in the pictures below how Emma opened up her gifts with the Incredibles costume on. It's her favorite thing to wear EVERY DAY... lol!!! I swear Bela could be Jack Jack...

South Carolina Christmas...

Check out old Grandpa passed out after a long day of driving... LOL!!! Emma's comment... "Grandpa snore!"

Our quick trip down to South Carolina has come to an end but what memories they gave us! Emma savoring every gift that she opened, wanting to play with each one before opening the next. The girls passing out before opening them all. Our attempts at constructing the best train patterns with bridges and loop de loops only to have Bela deconstruct them just as fast. The fun those 2 had in their new ball pit chasing each other. Emma's facial expressions as she closed her eyes and swayed her head while playing music on her new piano. Bela's attempts at walking very quickly with the shopping cart, bumping into walls and furniture. There's so much more we will treasure but we hope you enjoy these pictures.

Christmas Memories!

Christmas has flown and all I'm left with are the memories. I hope you enjoy these as much as I do.

Week with the girls!

The week has come and gone but we had a blast with them!

Bela is starting to balance now without holding onto anything, giggling at whatever anyone else giggles at, can tackle her sister into a wrestling match and is too quick for anyone to catch when she spies any kind of food anywhere. You'd swear she was never fed! Bah, Bah, Bah are her favorite noises to make and if you start them first, she'll jump right in there with you. She got to eat her first cider mill donut and boy, was that a hit! She also got a feast of Italian spaghetti and thought my floors should enjoy the feast too! LOL! She loves Baby Puffs as they melted in her mouth but hates socks on her feet no matter how cold it is. You can't take your eyes off her, not even for a second, as she'll find whatever it is she shouldn't be in and then try to eat it. Bela is also the biggest snuggler I've ever seen, burying herself into Melissa. She loves kisses on the neck and giggles hard whenever she gets tickled.

Emma had a blast at our little park, finding that she really does love to swing higher and faster, can go down a slide faster than any kid I've seen without using her hands and can sing her ABC's and do a jig to the little piano located under the slide. "Kids, I swinging by self!" she kept repeating to the other kids once she overcame her fear of the swings. After buying her a new pair of brown suede shoes, she kept prancing throughout the condo with her Mr. Brown shoes thinking she was all that and more! With her Momma's dress on, she thought she was Cinderella and started singing Bippity Boppity Boo... Too funny... On a tractor, where most kids were just steering the big wheel, Emma was switching the gears and trying out all the gadgets. I don't think I've ever seen her so excited as she'd turn around on the ramp and start singing and dancing only to start driving the tractor again. She's our little farm girl and princess all at once.

A big thank you to Braden for letting them come for the week and letting us enjoy our time with them!!! The week absolutely flew by for us but I know it dragged for you. We all missed you and wished you could have been here as well.

Here are some pics of our little trips to Domino Farms (Old McDonald Farm, EIEIO), a visit to see Great Grandma Cobb and Wiard Cider Mill. I'll be posting more in the very near future. Enjoy!
